For the new VTM, you will need a computer/laptop with independent graphic card(or the stream will be very bad) A cable which satisfies some of the lastest USB protocals, And a 2025 RMUC client, which you can find here : https://bbs.robomaster.com/wiki/20204847/814757?source=7 and please download the client and unzip.
For the manuals and things you should find them on RoboMaster 裁判系统相机图传模块（接收端）VT13 The dji assistant 2 there is for updating the transmitter modules, which I do not know if it is necessary at this moment.
You should pair the VT13/03 following the manuals which do have english version. You should use have the reciever connect to the pc(best to be the type c on motherboard) or laptop(best to be the fastest port possible, type c is recommanded). After this you should try to install the driver which named as DJI_Driver_Installer_32bit&64bit_4.8.11 after click all the yes you should restart the computer.
In the file of the client, you should start is with the start.bat as the following screenshot explians
wait till you see
and click “进入客户端“
if everything works well, you should have the diagram from VTM. if not you can press P
and click the “旧图传“ and click “新图传“ if you still cannot see anything you should run the following checklist.

check device manager to see if the driver is installed correctly. If you have the driver installed correctly you should find(COM7/8 here)

try to install net 7.0. You can find it in the path “RoboMasterClient 11.0.1.69\RoboMasterClient\RoboMasterClient_Data\StreamingAssets\Tools\dotnet-runtime-7.0.4-win-x64.exe“
and restart after you install it successfully

try to install VC enviroment, you should have path to be”RoboMasterClient 11.0.1.69\RoboMasterClient\RoboMasterClient_Data\StreamingAssets\Tools\VC2015~2019_redist.x64.exe”

if you cannot work out the install of net 7 and vc environment, you can try the ones on official websites. If still does not work, please reinstall windows.
